Payments are billed automatically on a recurring basis unless canceled. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services. All sales are final; refunds are granted only at our discretion (see Refund Policy tab).
Arcadia Hosting shall not be held liable for data loss, downtime, or service interruptions; damages caused by misuse of our services; or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are only issued under limited circumstances.
- ✔ The service was never delivered or activated.
- ✔ A technical issue on our end prevents you from using the service, and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time frame.
- ✔ Customer misuse or misconfiguration.

- ✔ Downtime caused by third-party issues (e.g., DDoS attacks, datacenter issues).
Chargebacks will result in immediate termination of your account and services. If you believe you were billed in error, open a ticket with us before contacting your payment provider.
