Setup & Management
Auto-deployment, usually instant when you purchase your subscription. If there are any issues with deploying your gaming server, please submit a Server Support Ticket via Discord.
You will receive an email with login username as well as the link of where to go for your Panel. Before attempting to log in, please go to "Forgot Password" and enter the email you used when enrolling with Arcadia. Once you reset your password (this will not set your Arcadiahosting.com password) you can log in using your username or email. Option 2 Once you order your server, go to your dashboard, click on your server, click on Generate new password (This will be what you use to log into the panel). Copy the new password, reveal it if need be, use that to log into your panel. Panel URL will be below the passwords. This will reset your arcadiahosting.com password.
We use Pterodactyl for easy server management. It's user-friendly and includes full control of your server.
Yes You can add mods via FTP or the mod manager depending on your game.
Absolutely! If you need to make any upgrades or downgrades, please submit a Server Support Ticket via Discord.

All support inquiries are created in the Arcadia Hosting Discord in the Support section. Select the open-a-ticket channel, and choose your needed category.
You can restart it anytime through the panel. If there's a deeper issue that needs to be addressed, create a Server Support Ticket via Discord and our support team is here to assist you.
Billing & Accounts

Billing through Arcadia Hosting is standard monthly, with an option for 3 month and 6 month pricing.
We would hate to see you go, but if you need to cancel your subscription and shut down your gaming server, we can help with that. To cancel your subscription, please submit a Billing Support Ticket via Discord, and an Accounts and Billing Support Member will assist you in doing so. You can also go through your Dashboard at any time.
